Other than that, having an unhealthy lifestyle is also one of the most significant causes of stress. Studies show that an employee’s lifestyle affects his or her work performance. In fact, a research conducted in 2010 revealed that unhealthy lifestyle choices make workers less productive. An unsatisfactory work content equates to lower business performance and a dissatisfied clientele.

I’m sure some of you experienced sorting an elaborate scheduled plan, only to find out that it wasn’t going to be of any use anyway because of interruptions at work. I know the struggle. It happens to the best of us.
Being assigned to work on multiple tasks and being called to attend meetings every now and then can be aggravating. On top of that, you get calls coming from home because of certain problems, keeping you from sitting down to focus on your workload.

Because of these interruptions, 50% (or more) of your time may be completely wasted. You shouldn’t let your team lack the support that they need to accomplish their tasks. Being able to manage your own time, tend to your family’s needs, watch over your health, are all possible because of remote work.
People who tend to have low self-esteem issues are more likely to be at risk of developing unhealthy habits, such as eating disorders, social anxiety, and codependency. If they suffer from these issues, they won’t be motivated to work. This might also worsen their condition if managers don’t focus on early intervention. Your remote team’s overall health should not be an option, since you don’t get to see them often, it is best to check on them to make sure how they’re holding up.
The more your team has the freedom to manage and balance their work with their personal life, the more they’ll be able to actively perform their tasks. They must be in tip-top condition in order for them to perform well while their job satisfaction increases. Being confident can directly affect your work performance.
